Served until 11 am Monday - Friday, until 12 pm on weekends.

STANDING ROCK

2 local free-range eggs, roasted zucchini and onions, goat cheese, tomato and spinach. Stacked on a pesto covered English muffin.

GRANOLA WITH YOGURT

Almond cranberry granola, with lemon maple yogurt, blueberries and banana.

BREAKFAST BURRITO

Scrambled eggs, beans, veggies, spinach and cheddar in a grilled whole wheat wrap. Served with sour cream and salsa.

VEGAN BREAKFAST BURRITO

Spinach, vegan cheese, scrambled vegan egg mix made with mushrooms, red pepper, red onion, curry powder in a grilled whole wheat wrap. Served with vegan sour cream and salsa.  

ON-THE-GO BREAKFAST BAGEL

Egg, tomato or bacon, spinach, cheddar and hummus on a grilled whole wheat bagel.

BAGEL + CREAM CHEESE

QUINOA CEREAL

Quinoa, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, craisins, almonds, coconut, banana, sesame snaps with your choice of steamed milk.

BREAKFAST RICE BOWL

2 local poached eggs on a bed of rice, spinach, and black bean mix. Topped with tomato, avocado, green onions, sprouts, salsa and avocado dressing.

BREAKFAST MINI MUFFIN

English muffin, egg, pesto mayo, hummus, cheddar, bacon or tomato.

FRESHLY BAKED GOODS

Our amazing Zephyr team bakes an assortment of gluten-free and vegan baked goods daily. Prices and selection vary.
